| Order Process Placing an Order Online Select the Camp features and click the button Add to Cart. The next screen will be Your Cart. This screen allows you to change your cart items by deleting and returning to the registration. You may either proceed directly to check-out or register another camper. Review Your Order: Place Order: fill out our online order form; billing information, shipping address (changes to the shipping method) and credit card information. Click submit. Order Confirmation: you may want to print the page which includes the tracking order id for your records. Thank-you. Your order is complete. E-mail Order Confirmation Ordering by Phone, Fax or Mail Fax and phone orders are taken during regular business hours. Our store is open five days a week. Call us during business hours: Monday through Friday from 10am–5pm EST. You also have the option of going through the online ordering process up to and including filling out the online order form. Rather than hit the submit button, print the form out instead and fax it to us. |
